All seafarers, Officers and Ratings, prior deployment, are carefully selected through comprehensive screening process using interviews, personal history verification including level of English communication, and computer based testing to meet the requirement of our clients. We ensure that all candidates are duly certified for the function and vessel they are joining in compliance with the requirements of STCW 2010, as amended, and all personal documents are valid for the duration of crews contacts.
